Marriott time share prices,your experience please

We attend a time share for the vacation club and won a 4 day vacation at Courtyard Lake Buena Vista,we call for availability for a date, and they told us that in 72 hours or less will answer us, but there have been 5 days and no answer,What do you think??

I have done the Marriott tour and found them very easy to deal with. WHy don't you just call back, things happen.
