Holy crap, lady!! That's it...I'm BUYING you a ticket to NJ and you can do the same at my house!! I can't find the time (no snow days for us yet...go figure).
Don't stress about the weigh-in. I'll bet it's better than you think. Maybe not a huge loss...but there's gotta be a loss. Pump that water in you today!!! And don't eat after 7.(worked for me this week!)

I did talk to my counselor about it, and she gave me some good info. I missed a couple of meals, and skipped a few snacks...she said that the meals are put together the way they are to boost the metabolism, and still be low in calories and fat grams. Basically, I need to eat what's on the plan....all of it, and continue working out....(and pick it up a bit) I also asked her about my Subway sandwich craving and she showed me how to look it up in the dining out book, and how to swap it out for a meal. I will only do it once....if I find that I can't kick the craving. (I've been craving it for 3 frickin' weeks...I think I can make it another one...
)

I have to get ready in about 30 minutes...I have another photo shoot today. About 700 kids in 4 1/2 hours....it'll be 3 or 4 cameras, so it's not really that bad.
