Mardi Gras Parades??

Have they started 2 daily Mardi Gras parades yet? There were 2 a day last year at this time. (maybe that will increase our chances of getting on a float).

I haven't seen one, but there are reports of a mini Mardi Gras parade twice daily at around 2 pm and 4 pm.
