ok, so here i am so report in with my weigh in results:
i gained a stupid pound! the scale told me 133.5 this morning, and i just about kicked it
[edit: jsut went to edit my siggie to put in my new weight, and realized i actually only gained .5 pounds, why i thought i was at 132.5 last week, i don't know. anyway, not as bad, but still]
i know that last sunday i went totally off plan, but the rest of the week, i really worked my butt off. now i can't decide whether i'm eating too much or too little. maybe my body really is just comfortable at this weight. this is around the weight i've gotten stuck at in the past. but i'm gonna stick with my plan this week to follow the wendie points plus all of my aps. maybe i'm doing so much exercise that my body wants to hold on to the weight in fear of losing too quickly. so maybe i need to eat all the aps? my first week on wendie, i know i followed the wendie guidelines on eating aps though, and i did lose .5 pounds. although, i think i had some cheating that week too, i don't remember. so i'm gonna go with wendie + aps this week and see what happens. my paid up months for ww online end around april 10 i think. i'm thinking that i'll stick to it for at least that long, just to give it a chance, really sticking to my points. but if i don't lose weight, i think i'm going to focus on toning, not worry so much about points, just eat sensibly, and let my body do its thing. i will be starting to up my weekly running mileage soon, so that will be a factor too.
judy, tracy, steph - hey guys, thank you for your support
sharon - yes, today will be a good day. 39 points, i've already eaten 14, but we're going out to dinner, and i'm gonna have lots of yumminess there

. and yeah, i know it's good to be figuring out the why behind everything. i hope it will help. ooh, and the banana bread did turn out okay! i think it's a little dry, so i may have left it in a bit too long. oh well, i'll know for next time to be more careful and use the timer on my watch

. oh yeah, and i ran it through the recipe builder, and it told me that for 12 servings, it's 2 points each, i think you said they were 1

. just wanted to let you know that. i had a slice right after my run this morning, heated it in the toaster, it was good warm
denise - yup, you totally are doing the same thing as me! maybe we were separated at birth. haha. either way, i hope that we can both figure it out and then do something to combat it!
val - yeah, i've found the veggie patties to be a life saver when i need protein and we have no chicken. my favorite of the soy products is the morningstar breakfast pattie. tastes just like sausage! i also like the boca roasted garlic burger. and i've used morningstar veggie crumbles too. like fake ground beef. i liked it better when prepared as tacos than i did just putting it in spaghetti sauce. hope that helps!
so i know i said i was going to run outside today. but when i found out i'd have to be running early because i was going to go to practice with odie (best friend), i knew it would still be kinda chilly out at 7am, so i just wanted to go to the gym. i didn't want to bundle up *again*, i just wanted to have a warm run. but as long as i get out and get myself a running water bottle, i'm going to do my 6 miler outside tomorrow, just a little later in the day when it's not still cold from overnight

. ran my 3.25 miles, walked 1. pretty good time of 31 minutes for the running (approx 9:30 per mile). i feel like i should be able to do my shorter runs faster, but it's okay, i'll get there.
had lots to eat so far today, 10 points worth of "breakfast" (including pre and post run stuff), 4 point lunch, and i'm going to have a 4 point cadbury egg because i can

. i love those things. that will put me at 18 going into dinner, leaving me 21 for dinner. wow, that's how much i eat in an entire day sometimes!! amazing.
hope we go somewhere good, my brother is picking the restaurant since he's very very picky, normally doesn't come with us to saturday night dinners, but my mom told him he had to this week since my grandmother is here. (this is the good brother, stephen, 17, still lives at home. hehe, whenever i refer to my brother, you can assume this is the one i mean

). i know he loves outback, so maybe he'll pick that. that could be good. oh well, not sure, figure it out whenever he makes up his mind.
alright, i've got some journals to go catch up on, then some stuff to do around the house. i'll be sure to report back on my huge dinner later though
just wanted to again say thank you to all of you who are here for me supporting me. you guys are the best, and you have no idea how much you mean to me
