oh no. i just had a really long post all typed out, addressing each and every one of you that had posted to my journal, and i went to hit "post" and it told me i had too many images. then i hit "back" to try to remedy it, and welp, it was all gone! oh man. i cna't handle it.
i'm sorry, but i can't do that again.

work was crazy busy today. i had no time to get online. tomorrow looks to be the same.
thank you all for your concern. the stuffy nose is getting better. i'm really upset about brian leetch being traded to canada. and about the rest of the team being gutted. i now have a new favorite team, the toronto maple leafs

. my dad even called me and had me order the nhl package on direct tv so we can watch the rest of the games. and i'm moving to toronto. ok, not really, but it crossed my mind

. hurting shins after jogging - i'd say this is normal, especially after your first time. i'd try stretching them out, and jogging more. that will actually help

. and yes, i'm on my way for the scales. ai - i'm utterly disappointed in them so far. hopefully, they'll get better once down to 12, or even next week for wild card. last year's wild card roudn was when i fell in love with clay

b: lc bagel + 1 tbsp pb + 1 tbsp sf preserves + 1 cup oj = 6
s: banana = 2
l: wheat wrap + 3 oz chicken + 1/2 cup cucumbers + lettuce + 1 tbsp ranch = 7.5
s: coffee + 1/4 cup skim + splenda = .5
d: big bowl of pb/banana oatmeal + 1 cup oj = 8
s: apple = 1
total: 27
having issues getting in enough fruits/veggies since they're no/low points and filling, i'm trying to use my points on higher things since i'm not too hungry. oh well, i get them the rest of the time.
ok, i'm going to try to get to some journals tonight, while i watch my new favorite hockey team. at least they're winning, unlike the rangers ever did
