Busy weekend for us, sorry for the delay.
I had 35 mins yesterday of light cardio and weights/core work in the gym, but really needed the extra sleep this morning so between work and other engagements it's not happening today.Oh well.
Well done everyone over the weekend with races, staying healthy, etc! We are currently at a collective 12,667 minutes or 211 hours (!) of exercise, for 27% of our goal as a group! That's awesome!
March is national nutrition month, so I have a "discussion question" since we are getting into the swing of things here.
What is one good nutrition choice we can make this week?
I know for me, I need to be drinking more water and staying better hydrated, so that is my "healthy choice" goal this week. Thoughts?
Great question! I think one I really need to stick with is having a fruit and/or veggie serving with EVERY meal and snack! Somehow I always end up missing that one at dinner and snack time...
