I'm really liking the Electra Townie 7D. Pedals are forward, so it's kind to my old knees.

Anyway:

Cardio -10
Antigravity treadmill - 15
Bike - 10
Weights - 5
Stretching 5

Today - 45 minutes

Bike - 20
Weights - 10 minutes
Stretching 15 minutes

No morning Y class for me yesterday since I went to bed with earaches! That was sooooo not fun. But I got up early and walked this morning. My ears are better. I am still stuffy and everything sounds like I am sitting at the bottom of the ocean, but I'm not as worn out as I was.

Awesome job! What is core fusion? A class or a DVD/home practice?
 
I gave myself 20 minutes for cleaning the house for 2 hours. Not really exercise i.e. heart rate elevated, but definitely movement and activity.

List is updated for the evening, and won't be updated tomorrow until late or perhaps Fri morn, FYI.

Well done to everyone who's been getting out there and doing something, not letting ourselves get discouraged by injury or illness or other circumstances. As a group we're almost 40% to our collective goal - and 41% of the way through the month! So that's pretty awesome that we are hauling our weight together. Every little bit counts.
 
Yesterday was a work day so only got 15 min core and YEAH new stability ball so did my situps.

60 min brisk walk and 15 min core with stability ball situps.

Don't tell anyone but I'm sneaking away to the :beach: tomorrow.
