March it WAS, May it IS!

Yeah, I'm feeling much more confident with Dr. Cockrell. He is one of the best sports injury specialist here so he deals with torn rotator cuffs all the time.

No, I didn't have a good experience with PT, and I know it won't be any better next time :sad2:.

Thank you so much for the prayers, I can sure use them.

That would make me feel better knowing that he sees these type of injuries all the time. You know that I'll keep on a prayin'!

Well, glad your surgery is finally scheduled. You can have a day to look forward to as the beginning of your getting better. You've had to deal with this pain for so long, I know you are anxious to get it going.

I'll be praying that your surgery goes well, and the doctor is able to repair everything that needs repairing! :)

It really does make me feel better. Remember I told you I was expecting a call today at 2:00? THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK :scared1:. Now I know if I need that service it won't be them!!!

Thank you Michelle. Yes, it is better knowing that I am finally on the road again....:lmao:.

Thank you for the prayers :goodvibes:hug:. I hope it turns out to be the lesser of the two evils too, but the way he was looking at me when he was explaining the surgery sure wasn't encouraging :sad2:.

Friday night I lost my niece Melody. She was 42 years old. About a month ago she was diagnosed with cervical cancer. She had a hysterectomy, but the cancer was too far advanced for them to get it all. It had spread to her lymph nodes and abdomen. She, like many women, had put off going to her OB/GYN and having her annual exam. It is one of the most important things we as women can do for our health.

Here is a video I made to pay tribute to family members who have gone ahead.

Never take your family for granted, never put off till tomorrow to make that phone call, or to visit, or to just send a little card. Tomorrow is not promised, and the regret of yesterday weighs heavy.

Beautiful tribute to all your loved ones, Dana. I love the song "Homesick"---the words are so meaningful.

Hugs to you and your family.

I'm so sorry for your loss. It is terrible to lose someone so young. Your tribute video is awesome. I can totally agree with you about appreciating the time you have with people now. Every time I start to get aggravated with anyone, I remind myself of the regret I have for not spending more time with or just being more patient with those I have lost.

What a beautiful tribute to Melody! It's always hard to lose a family member but it seems even harder when they are young. I'll pray for you and your family.

Thank you April. After losing so many family members in the past 5 years, I try my best not to get so aggravated. I don't always win that battle, but I'm working on it every day. Life is too short to be angry all the time.

Thank you Lisa. It is hard to lose someone young. I have a text message from her on Feb. 28, and I will never erase it. I still have a voice mail from my mom and when I get to really missing her, I can call my voice mail and hear her voice saying my name.

Very sad Dana!! Love the tribute. Big Hugs to ya girl!!

Thank you Christie. I need the hugs .

Hi Dana! I was scrolling through the pre-trip reports and noticed you had one. I'm going to go back and read all about it but I wanted to tell you how sorry I am about your niece. I'll be praying for your family.

I hear you- I don't know if you remember, but I have lost a lot of people in the past 10 years, too. The toughest to deal with was my cousin who was 29. At the time he died, I was so broken down, that I just couldn't hold in any emotion. I think that letting it all out really helped. I still do have some trouble with anger at times, though. Anytime you need to talk or vent, I'm here to listen!

I do remember that. I know you were close to your cousin and his little one. While it is hard to deal with losing anyone, it is especially hard when it happens so suddenly.

At times I catch myself getting angry over the smallest things, then I feel so horrible afterwords. I think "I'm sorry" doesn't make up for how angry I get at times. My mouth is my own worst enemy at those times.

OK, it is official(well for now), Tyler is going with us :cool1:. He decided that he wanted to go if I would pay for his ticket :lmao:. I relented and said I would pay for him to join us, but he would be responsible for buying new clothes and for any extras that he may want while on the trip.

Today I decided to look for a room for our first night(May 4th). I did not want to book it at ASsp because I'm not sure what time we will be getting there and I just did not want to add the extra cost just for a few hours. Since we will have our fur baby with us I had to find a pet friendly hotel.

This is the Niko opening his Christmas presents.

He really does think he is a child and not a dog.

I made us a reservation at La Quinta Inn near Sea World. We have stayed at the LQ on International Drive on numerous occasions, but I wanted to try a different one this time. I got it for a good price with our Sam's Club membership.

I also made Niko a reservation at Best Friends Pet Care. He has stayed at the kennel before, but it was when they had several locations. We used the one at the TTC mostly because they were the best. We tried the one at the Wilderness Cabins and it was HORRIBLE, we changed his reservation after a couple of nights. He went to day camp at DHS kennel one time.

They are no longer little crate type kennels, but a room. I think he will do just fine there.

I am getting really excited about our trip. It gives me something to look forward to after my surgery :scared1:.

:cool1::banana::woohoo:49 DAYS :cool1::banana::woohoo:

We will be heading to the most Magical Place on Earth!!! I am soooooooo glad it is almost time :cool1: :yay: :cheer2: :dance3: :woohoo:.

How the heck did I miss the post that Tyler is joining ya'll? Every since the Dis messed up a couple of weeks back, I don't seem to get updates like I am supposed to. Well, you already know that we are paying for Lacey and Jesse to go to WDW so you know that I would have broke down too and paid for Tyler's ticket. We are such suckers! :lmao:

I just posted it last night. He decided last week some time, but I just hadn't posted it. You are so right about us being sucker :rolleyes1 :guilty:. I was able to go in and change up all of our ADRs and get them around the same time. I told Dale that we are just going to get dessert at Rose and Crown. I figured we could eat dinner somewhere else.

YAY--I know you'll enjoy having all your boys with you! :)

I will have a good time with him there. I won't have to worry about him being at home alone. I am really a worry wart. Dale likes for Tyler to go because Tyler will ride RnR, ToT, EE with him and I won't get on those rides.

I know another little doggie that thinks the same thing..... ;)

Niko will give me a hug if I tell him too, but he would chew Matt's leg off if I would let him. He is very sweet to us, but not to anybody else.............:scared1:.
