March & early April PhotoShare - now full

This is a PhotoPass share for DLR for March and early April - we can take 12 people total. We've already filled up both of our groups, but if you need some tips on starting your own Photoshare, let us know. We want to get the photos out to everyone as soon as possible Also note that this share will be confidential and we'll only be sending you your photos.

How does the share work?

1. Make your payment (that will include the shipping and supplies necessary for us to mail you your photos - we're looking at $15.50 per person if 6 families participate in each group) via PayPal. Check with your group Host for the deadline to turn in your money.

2. Enjoy your trip to DLR! Remember to pick up your PhotoPass cards and have fun. There's no limit on how many pictures you can take!

3. When you return home do NOT create your own PhotoPass account to view the photos. The host of your group will send you the login information for the group account.

4. To edit pictures, you'll be assigned your own "upload days" so we're not all uploading at the same time. Feel free to edit your pictures to your hearts content - you may end up not using a border and then later wishing that you had when it's too late!

5. When everyone in the group has confirmed they are finished with their uploading and their edits, the group host will go ahead and order the CD from Disney.

6. As soon as the hosts receive the CD from Disney we will copy your photos onto a separate disc for you and mail them out to you!

See, it's nice and easy! If you have any questions, please ask and we'll try and resolve them as soon as possible.

I'm looking more into it now. I'll try and get an actual sign up thread with more details going soon. But the basics of how it works is that everyone who signs up will get all of their photos from their photopass card onto one account (that the host will set up, right now this would be me). everyone would divide the cost of the cd up and pay the host so they can order it, make copies, and mail it out to everyone.

Like I said, just the basics, I can post more about it or if you have a specific question

I'd be interested. I'll be there 3/12-15. Sounds like that may be too early for you guys though.

I know how it works. I've participated in them before. I just don't have a good enough computer to be confident that I could make good quality copies, so I've never taken one on as the lead.

They're good for 30 days from when the first pics uploaded were taken, right? So long as you didn't mind waiting until our trip at the end of the month you should be good. We're 3/27 - 3/30.

I'm interested too - we'll be there 3/15 to 3/20. But I'm in Canada, so it would have to be payment via money order, or possibly paypal, if you have an account. I'd pay the extra for mailing it up here, if need be.

Thank You! We cut out a day so our last day will be the 7th; DCA sounds less than great so we are cutting out a day there. I'm so excited, now to wait out my time!

Yes, you have 30 days from your first picture to load the card numbers to the account. Then you have 30 days from then to order the CD.

I don't mind waiting, but that puts some extra pressure on the April travelers to get their photos loaded and edited quickly.
