I just posted my first thread...we're going for march break as well. We were there same time in 2007 and the crowds weren't that bad. If you've been there before and know the tricks (ie: fastpasses, etc...) then it's great...Have a great time!

Thanks- you too! We went last March break and I didn't think it was as bad as everybody warned us it would be. But this time we are going to Universal Orlando, Wet & Wild and Discovery Cove (we think!) Also, this time we are staying off resort- just across from Downtown Disney. Nice hotel  Are you planning on spending all of your time on site or are you renting a car?

Hi!! :yay: We're going the last week of March. Sorry we'll just miss you.

 I'm so excited, :cool1: never been in the :flower3: spring!!!!
:dance3:

We are going too. :yay: Our March break in NB is the first week of March... When is yours?

We're going 14th-21st- I'm so jealous of you in NB! First week!!!???!!!! :thumbsup2 You'll get all of the great deals of flights and hotels- fewer crowds!! :rotfl: That will be AWESOME!!!! I tried to re-book and stay and extra day or two but it was going to cost an extra $300 for a day and a half. :sad2: Oh well, I've learned my lesson, :teacher: I know more about booking trips than than I did before :) Are you all staying on Disney property? We did last year but this year we are staying at the Regal Sun Resort- has anybody stayed there before?? I booked it b/c of the pool. It's all about the pool...

We are going in 2 months, 2 weeks and 2 days MARCH BREAK!

This is our 3rd March Break and its a great time of year. Crowds aren't bad as long as you follow the planning rules; avoid EE days, use FP, breaks in the day, meals on off hours.

Have a great time! See you there! S

:confused3 We're flying out of Syracuse NY- much cheaper there than from Canada- go figure! What does the acryonym "EE" stand for? (things to avoid??)

Us too, but 2nd week of March Break 22-29; hopefully not as bad as the week before in terms of crowds.

I think they were talking about extra magic hours. I don't know what EE is?:thumbsup2

EE = Early Entry

If people don't have hopper passes, and have to pick one park for the day, often the early entry park is hugely crowded so it's better to pick a non early entry day park.

I know for sure that we are going to try and hit Epcot later on in the week (19-20) because the flower show begins. I'm very excited for that :cloud9: Last year we missed it by 1 week, and I love to garden

We are debating going. Have a hold on a room and have to make up our minds pronto! I've gone during March Break before and didn't mind the crowds at all.

We are there the 11th - 21st. SSR!!

We have been going down during March Break for the last 6 years. Oddly enough, Disney seems to know when the crowds will hit as can be seen by the hours of the parks on those days. BUT....while they originally had extended the park hours until 11pm while we will be there, they have since changed them to 10pm.....:thumbsup2

Last year was busy IMHO because of Easter falling at the same time - AK was a ZOO (no pun intended). The day we went to MK, we had to leave at noon due to the crowds and came back at 8pm (parks were open until midnight) only to find all of the fastpasses gone and 90 minute waits for most attractions. But we also did US and IOA and it was SO WIERD!! There was noone there!! We walked on everything all day!! But we are a Disney family and while IOA was fun, it wasn't Disney!

But if you get there for opening, and get fastpasses, you will be fine and it wil be enjoyalbe. We have our agenda all set - ressies at Le Cellier......can't wait!!

So the crowds weren't bad at Universal Orlando?? I am debating as to whether or not we should buy those express passes at Univer. Orla. where you just walk onto the rides and skip the lines but for two adults, two days it's $100.00  I'm wondering if it's really worth the money- It's just so hard to say b/c of the U.S. ecomony:confused3
