I have, of course, read everything from cover to cover. I was relieved to see that my husband, daughter and I were assigned the same room. *laugh* Now we just have to decide if we want Katie to have charging privileges. You know how spend prone those 10 month olds can be! Hehehe.
My cruise docs (and my SIL's) made great potty reading today.
I do have to call DCL, though. one of the things it says on the tickets is "ALL TRANSERS DECLINED", but they're supposed to bus me back to the airport.
I'm taking the kids out of school for this one. They'll miss 7 days (Thurs, Fri and Magic week).
What will happen for us is they'll go back to school on Monday, April 7 (while I'm at the Yankees' home opener ), and have a week of school, then they have Easter Recess the following week and the day after Easter. They go back Tuesday the 22nd.
My kids are going to miss 6 days. But of that time 3 are full days & 3 are half days. So they probably aren't really going to miss much. So far my 1st grade DS's teacher thinks it's great. My 7th grade DS doesn't have to notify his teachers until 3 days prior - I'm afraid they're not going to be happy!
We're taking the kids out of school for 2 1/2 days prior to the cruise to spend some time at Universal. We've never been there. I assumed more people would have spring break and WDW would be too crowded. If you stay on site at Universal you can have front-of-the-line access to rides. Then the week of the cruise is spring break for us.
I know what you mean- I feel like we're going to be in school until the 4th of July. I have no idea why, but school was delayed two hours today. I'm assuming there may be some ice on the road because we had rain last night. This is without a doubt one of the worst winters. (I'm in PA)
I was wondering the same thing regarding a meet. Now that I know there is another Yankee Fan on board, we have to meet up now!!!
I would be willing to help set one up. I have never been involved in one before, but I would be willing to now. If anyone has any ideas to help make this happen, let me know.
Another DISer wants her grandaughter to meet my daughter and suggested Deck 9 either by the adult pool or aft, near Scoops, after the life drill. Would this work for everyone? Let's pick a place.
Meeting at Scoops after the drill sounds good. Everyone will be able to find it easily. Do we still use the lime green ribbons to show that we are DISers or should we use something else?
