I am not putting our names or any identification on the FE gifts we are giving on board - but I will post photos here afterwards. If any of you are doing the same, please post photos as well so we know which gift came from which Diser.

My mom and aunt still do not know anything about the FE exchange so it will be a surprise for them. I hope my mom and aunt like the gifts I am bringing for them to give out! My mom is a super early riser so getting these delivered will give her something to do while the rest of us snooze. I have had a real hard time not talking to them about it! The kids are very excited and love the idea, and thankfully can keep a secret with no problem at all.

I can hardly wait to be on that ship!

I thought I heard Mirror Mirror was being released that week. We were hoping we get a chance to catch that on the cruise.

Has everyone received their cruise documents? We booked our cruise through Kingdom Magic travel agency and still have not received any kind of documentation. I spoke with my agent last week and she said the cruise documents were in their hands but they were waiting on land documents (we're spending a couple of days at the parks on each side of the cruise). I'm beginning to get concerned, just wondering if anyone else is experiencing delays?

We have our cruise docs but our WDW docs have not arrived yet. We have just over a week until we go (March 17th) so I am getting a little worried too, but not panicking yet.

If your travel agent has them they should be able to send them over night to you if your trip is getting too close for regular mail.

I have had issues with purchases on ebay, but I did not order a FE. I tried to make my own. The first ones I made came out great, then I found out they were way too wide. So I modified them and now they look like crap. Oh well, they are still functional! You could escalate your inquiry to ebay and maybe even paypal. The seller should be returning your emails.

Start packing? LOL I have been done packing for weeks. My husband thinks I am insane.

Anyone start packing yet?

We're using the same old FE we've been using for years. The pockets on it are pretty small. I've seen the one by "GradysMommy" (I think) on Ebay - they look pretty nice. Maybe I'll break down & get one for our next Disney cruise - hopefully on the new Fantasy.

Packing - yeah I started to get things together yesterday & have several suitcases out on our Ds's bed (the one in the Marines). Nice to have an extra unused bedroom! I only have 11 more sleeps before flying out so had to stop pro-crastinating!

I can't believe you are packed already! I still need to shop!
My oldest had foot surgery in Nov. and just fractured the same foot. Hopefully it will be healed before the trip!

I have been basically packed for a couple of weeks. We also have a spare bedroom that I call the "vacation room." We have clothes that are only used for cruising. It makes it so much easier to pack. I like to dress up on cruises every night. Occasionally I will add a new dress and take one out from the rotation. Everything is kept in that one room, including toiletries. When we get back from a cruise or vacation I replenish what was used, wash the clothing, press, or send out to the dry cleaners, put everything back in the spare room and we are then ready to go again! My alcohol carry-on bag has been packed for 2 months. Yeah, I am a little OCD. Heck, I made my pirate costume last summer. Just a little over 2 weeks and we will finally be on the Dream.

You should have received it, or heard from the seller by now. Next to your purchase you can click something about "having a problem" with this purchase. Escalate it to Ebay's claim center and they will get in touch with the seller on your behalf. You will at least get your money refunded. You might want to start thinking about a back-up plan for a fish extender.

Everyone who has posted on this thread is invited including their families & those traveling with them. It will be in a Public area on the ship so there will be other people there too. I'll have a small sign or something to identify us as the Dismeet.

Where: DONALD'S POOL (the family pool)

Deck 11 Midship (under the Jumbo Television Screen)

When: Embarkation Day March 27, 2012 (Tuesday)

Time: 2:30 pm (30-45 min.)

I believe the pool will be open so feel free to wear your swimsuit if you like.


This is not an RSVP event, but I'd like to know who else is interested in joining me at Donald's Pool.
