These are the nights the western and eastern sailings have, so maybe they just sent out a " blanket" type email without looking at your sailing.....

That was my feeling too. So I sent a reply e-mail telling the e-mail lady that the phone lady gave me a different schedule and asking if she could double check. I'll let you know the reply I get once I get it (hopefully tomorrow...or later today I guess now that I look at the clock lol).

Wow, busy weekend! I am still trying to finalize our plans while in LA and have not even started packing! I still need to try on all my clothes to see what fits and what needs to go to the cleaners. Trying to do some last minute shopping today and find DS some nice "brown" shoes for formal night. I can only find black shoes for boys. He is wearing a navy blazer with khaki pants. I am just looking for loafers or some other similar shoe. The only loafers I can find are at Dillards and are $45.00. I do not want to spend that on a growing boys shoe.
On a positive, fun note, we are going to see Beauty and the Beast Broadway version tonight. We have been looking forward to that and it will get us ready for the shows next week. We leave in just 4 more days!

Phew, glad Saturday is OVER. We went to a college to tour it for my dd. She loved it and will be applying there ASAP. She is finishing her junior year.
The college is small, only 3200 students.

Anyway, now we have only five more sleeps before we board the plan!

How is the weather in Atlanta Dicecatt?? I bet you had a lot of rain! Hope you stayed dry. You must hurry home and start packing

I will try my best to stop by the Promede lounge at 3 on the first day. If not, most of you can find me in the Rainforest room or by the quiet cove pool.

The first day, I will have on a pink Mickey Mouse shirt, dd will have on a purple one, dh will have on a blue one, other dd will have on a gray one. We will match I plan on arriving at the port at 10:30. Our shuttle is picking us up at 9 AM at Ontario airport.

Just off the phone with DCL.....after a 35 min wait I might add...

Formal night was indeed confirmed for Monday night. Night TWO.

I explained the situation, and why all the changes.... She said it could change again before we board ( how reassuring...)

So strange. Maybe it was a typo originally, when it was listed as Tuesday night.

I can't begin to tell you how upset I am for switching nights.....
I should have held on an waited until we boarded.
Oh well, at least we have ressies.

For our first stop in Cabo, DH and I are leaving the kids on the ship and will explore on our own. I think his agenda is to find a bar/restaurant with a good view and enjoy some good food, good drinks, good company and enjoy the down time. When we cruised in 2009, we got off the ship in St. Croix with some fellow DISers and had an amazing time at a really nice bar overlooking the ocean. Anyone interested in exploring Cabo together?

son3disfan - When is your current reservation? My aunt and I switched our reservation to night 3 at 8:30 after hearing that night 3 is formal night. We WANT to be at Palo on formal night. If you have a night 2 reservation and DON'T want to be at Palo on formal night, perhaps we can switch with each other?

OK- Someone stop me!!!! I have been out shopping and can not let myself buy another item for the FE's!!! I am having so much fun with this but we are going to have to pack a suitcase just for FE stuff at this rate!!!
Oh well! Ya only live once and this is DISNEY!!!!

3 out of 4 of us are packed!! I still have room in my suitcase I guess I can pack a couple more things. I am trying to decide what to wear for the flight out to CA. I would love to wear my pj's and be comfy, but I don't think that would look very good!!

I am trying to clean out my fridge. Only four more days at home and we leave! We are not buying groceries!! We will survive on Mac & Cheese and bologna!

Well, time to get in the hot tub and relax!!

We would love to join you.......but I don't know if we will back in time.
We have the kayak/ snorkel/ lovers beach tour booked. It's three hours. We were hoping to drop the kids off after the tour and walk around the port area for an hour or so to enjoy a drink, if there is time. Our tour is over at 2, and we are listed in port until 5. So, maybe?

We had night three, and gave it up when I was told formal night was that night. The only available night that opened up was night one....we booked that a few nights ago.Wasn't that your old reservation? I thought we switched!

Bummer. Nope, my old reservation was Saturday night at 7. This is so frustrating! I guess we'll be heading to that Palo line upon embarkation...

Been packing and shopping today. Exhausted, children's bags are almost done just waiting for the paint to dry on the cheer t-shirts. We also got crafty today and decorated pillowcases to be signed. They turned out really cute. I would post the picture if I could figure it out.

Can't forget to wear tennis shoes when we head to the plane since we are ziplining in PV. I don't think flipflops will do.

Starting to feel like crunch time, even my 12 yo is afraid she is forgeting something!

Time is flying for me now. I spent the whole weekend moving so it kept my mind off the cruise. Now I have to make time to pack. At least I have 5 days before driving to L.A.

Just picked DD up from school with complaints of a stomach virus. My tummy is not feeling all too settled either. I guess it is better now than later on this week.

I guess we should start thinking about the packing. Had a very busy weekend of car dealership, yard work, derby races, and a birthday party. Did make it to Costco for some "supplies" for our carry-on bag. Still need to get to Wal-Mart or Target for the over-the-door bathroom thingy and some other necessities.

Very excited and a tad nervous......
