March 13th 2011 Fiesta time on the Wonder!

I agree...I love Christmas. I was glad to see it arrive, but am also glad to see it go. I am now onto my cruise countdown! We have everything paid & booked!! I can't wait to try the spa this time. We did the rainforest room last time and will do it again. My dh LOVED the steam rooms. I loved the heated tile chairs.

I wonder what movies will be playing onboard? I am hoping for Tangled & Tron!

We had 3" of snow on Christmas here in Alabama!! It was beautiful, but I am ready for spring!

I wonder what the weather will be like when we cruise? Can't wait to read the trip reports when they start coming in!!

I wonder these questions too. I reaaaallly hope someone posts a Navigator from their MR cruise. As far as packing, I am taking no chances. Ill be packing a little of both for cool weather and warm weather. Tanks with cardigans. The weather is a lot like CA, and you just never know. We do DL a lot in March and it seems to be cool in the morning, and warm later, then cold again.
I did a search for new releases at that time on the ship, but nothing is to lose sleep over. Oh well, I would love to see Tangled being we havent seen it yet.

Looks like Ill be busy planning for a HUGE fundraiser for my DH right before we go too. (He has a chronic disease, and we plan to raise money for his treatments that insurance doesnt cover) Till then I will keep packing and planning!

Are you looking for past MR Navigators? I have a whole set from 2008 on my website. I will also be able to get Navigators from the Feb 27 sailing in 2011.

I'm in Arizona and I'm in. Unfortunately there are no Brunch/Tea options left for Palo...but they recommend to keep checking back to the site as reservations change/cancel.

When I checked before opening for new cruisers tonight, there were several spots for dinner and a bunch for brunch for 1-2 people. More will open, or you can get it on the ship. With three sea days you should be able to.

One of my clients paid in full today and already has a cabin assignment on her guarantee! So quick it was surprising.

I'll keep checking every so often, but won't worry about it unless something doesn't come up before departure, and they can't get us reserved in person.

Funny, I booked all of our excursions and dinner, but can't get to the Online Check-In forms yet. They are still locked out.

Guess I'll have to wait until after midnight my time and try again.

No room assignment for us yet!!! Maybe DCL is going to upgrade me to the Walt suite I check at least twice a day to see if my room has been assigned. Oh well, gives me something to look forward too!!!!

I have 4 in my cabin. It is my friend Denise that is having the trouble. She still hasn't been able too. Things are not working in her favor. But, all will work out. Who cares where we sleep. We are on a Disney cruise for goodness sake!! I will sleep on deck 4 in a comfy chair if I need too!!!

My husband and I are brining most of our family -- 4 kids, 8 grandkids, and my mother-in-law -- on this cruise. We are huge Disney-philes and can't wait to go. It is our Spring Break -- I'm a teacher. this should be terrific. We've never done a 7-day cruise before, or a cruise on the West coast, so this should be really fun.

Our favorite server switched to the Dream. Does anyone have someone to recommend? We're sad Kabelo won't be with us, but I am sure that you know someone wonderful!

What a great treat!! I do not know any servers, we've only been on one cruise and even our server went to the Dream! I've read there are sooo many new ones on both Wonder/Magic...so it'll be a treat to experience it with the newbies...we hope to help them have as much fun as we are!

I was looking tonight and found that Disney Wonder will be berthed at Berth 93, at the Pacific Cruise Ship Terminal.

Here's a photo from the Magic in Los Angeles back in 2008. Based on the location of the bridge, it looks like she is departing the port.

Also, the Waterfront Red Car Line travels from the Cruise Terminal to Ports O' Call Village, (a group of shops and restaurants on the wharf) and points beyond. It runs Fri-Sun, noon-9:30pm. Not helpful on Embarcation day, but if you get in a day early and want to look around, it might work. Fare is $1 for the day.

This is a Google Maps link to the satellite shot of Berth 93, with a cruise ship docked where Wonder will be.

According to the Cruise Ship Calendar, Wonder will arrive on January 21, and will unload at Berth 93, spend the next day at Berth 91/92 (the dock just North in the satellite photo) and then be back at Berth 93 to load for her first Mexican Riviera cruise.

Hello Everyone and Happy new Year!!
I have not been on here in what seems like forever because we ened up doing the Thanksgiving Magic crusie and was not sure if we could do this one but we are doing this one also!!

1) What have I missed? Do we have a group page anywhere else of is this it? Looks like the cruise is still very close to sell out. I guess most people did end up doing their final payment.

2) Hope Everyone is Fine and so looking forward to doing the FE Exchange with everyone!! What do I need to do to be on that list?

3) Has anyone been to the port and where is it and how far is it from LAX? or Disneyland? Thanks for you help!
