I'm loving the activity on this thread! Welcome to all the new additions! This seems to be a good group of DISers, and I am looking forward to meeting all of you!
So I'm heading out this weekend for a girls only retreat, and plan on putting together my scrapbook from my cruise from November of 2009...I HAVE to get that one completed before I go on this next one!!! I am also taking all kinds of fun things to work on/experiment with for the FE gifts!!! I am loving doing this! And I am going to attempt at some point to make my own fish extender...I'm not as creative as I'd like to be...but I would like to "make it my own."
So with all of the talk about the Dream, is anyone wishing that you'd booked that one instead? NOT ME!!! I love the 7 day itinerary, and I love the Magic (she is still amazing!). I would love to check out the new ship, but not until the itinerary lengthens (like with the Fantasy). If I'm gonna pay for airfare to Florida, I'm gonna stay a while!
And by the way, our lovely perfect 60 degree winter weather here in Texas has disappeared and has been replaced with windy 20s-30s (and a little snow if you were lucky)!
(not us, but everyone around us!)
Marcy, I love your picture of your backyard! The snow there is gorgeous! But I still can't wait for Caribbean sun, ya'll!!!
Stay warm!

However by next Monday we're in the 70's again....go figure.

You are going to the wrong weekend retreats! There is ALWAYS wine at the ones I attend! Now, we have to watch that we do more scrapbooking than wine drinking...but we find a good balance!
I am not creative enough for that. My DD15 and DD12 do pages and they turn out pretty good. I am amazed at how much it can cost.
