I used to put them on the side of my fridge, but ran out of room so now my magnets go on my treadmill support arms.

I don't think the regular weekend jackets usually go super fast, though some sizes might.

ETA: it looks like they have removed the 15k language from the POT guidelines areas on the website

It looks like PoT has to be by July 1st 2024. I thought it was typically a little later in the year.

I usually skip the pins, and I look for pins in the park with the race mascot. I found a great pin with both Rapunzel and Flynn for the Princess 10K in February. But now that there seems to be the pendant flags... I'd love this theme for Princess!

IMHO, there is nothing as special as making that right hand turn onto Main Street. When you first see the castle and the crowds lining the street - it's indescribable. Main Street is the one place on Disney courses (besides the finish line) where you are overwhelmed by the spectators. It is something truly magical.

Oh absolutely. This past MW was my first Dopey and my first experience at any Disney race and I will tell you that there were times in the months of training with long miles in the cold and rain when I was really second guessing myself and wondering what I had been thinking when I signed up for this thing.

Those 5 minutes alone running down Main Street and literally feeling the electricity from the crowd made every laborious training mile worth it. I've never experienced anything like it. Incredible.

They changed it with the addition of the new POT corral (starting with the new DL half in September), I guess the idea is that it'll take more time to sift through everyone's results.

Cute merch! I will wait until the actual expo as I need my 20% AP discount to justify spending so much LOL but I think I will definitely walk away with a few things, as usual. The color schemes give me hope for a non-black hat, please PLEASE runDisney give us navy or crimson!

Oh great!! I can still use my half marathon/marathon time from 2023 MW. Since we didn't do a full half marathon this past MW, I figured they wouldn't accept that. LOL. Then my full marathon time wasn't where I wanted it to be because of my food poisoning that weekend.

Thanks. I thought I was going good, and then cramps kicked in the last half. I am chalking that up to dehydration as I never really re-hydrated after the issue. No more nice dinners at Grand Floridian. Only park food before. LOL
