Does anyone know of where you can find a copy of the map they give you at check in with what the room numbers are for the polynesian hotel?
I checked the Tiki Man Site, and found some great information but not the specific locations of the rooms.
Actually I am looking for the Aerotora bldg. lagoon view. Almost the very last room. In the pictures you see with the monorail going by a room in that bldg, and behind it you see the Castle. The room directly across the hall facing the Castle is the room # I am looking for. If anyone Knows. Thanks

Ever longhouse page I have has room numbers next to the photos. There is even a photo of both sides of Aotearoa with the room numbers below it. The Polynesian does not print a map with room numbers but I have the staff copy with the room numbers.

The room you are talking about in Aotearoa would be the 3rd floor lagoon view room 3217.

If you need any other numbers just ask.

Aloha

Steve

Thanks STEVE!!
I guess i didnt dig deep enough into your site!!
You are the best!!
This will be our first trip without our son, he will be off to college in August. And our anniversary fall during that week. so a beautiful view from our favorite disney hotel will make it all the more special. The only bad part is the fireworks are only on Saturday nites that time of year.

Thanks again for all your help and the work on your site
have a Disney Day!!

No problem but if you are going to pay for a lagoon view why not shoot for Tahiti? The rooms are bigger and the view is better. Not that Aotearoa is bad but out of the two I would go for Tahiti.

We already have the lagoon view ressie, ok thanks! I will any room numbers to ask for .? that has the best view?

For which longhouse do you want room numbers?

Steve

the Tahati, since you recommend that as having the best view.
that would be great. there is a pic on your site of, I am guessing its your wife , on a balcony looking towards the magic kingdom, that looks like a beautiful view.
thanks again for helping me make this a memorable vacation/annversary

could I ask you a quick question?

I have a standard view room at the poly (from th pofq relocation) I was wondering, can I choose the section of the hotel I want to stay at? And where would you think would be the best area for me? (closest to monrail ?) thanks in advance

PhillyDisnynut,

Any lagoon view room is good from Tahiti. The only one I can think of that has some trees right next to the balcony are rooms 2029 and 3029. Other than that I would say the views would be great. Rooms 1015-1028 (ground level) are smoking rooms, the rest are non-smoking. The photo with my wife was taken from room 3505 in Hawaii longhouse.

Piglet1234,

Fiji is a great location and close to the GCH and monorail. All the rooms are standard (garden view) but your view is either of the marina with the lagoon off to the side or the beach at luau cove with the lagoon off to the side. I will have new photos of the Fiji view up on my web page soon from someone who just returned a week or so ago.
