Mama Melrose--lunch?

Has anyone eaten at Mama Melrose for lunch? If so, did you like the flatbreads and soup? Thanks!

We were there about a week ago (Oct 3 - 10) we had lunch there and it was very good! I had the bruchetta and my husband had the mozzerlla/tomato appet. they were excellant - He went with the tuna and I had the chicken flatbread - both were terrific. My dd had the soup with her cheese flatbread and it was very tasty as well - the bread they serve when you are seated is great for dipping in the soup! Hope you have a great meal - try the tiramasu for dessert - it was really, really, yummmy - and they make all their desserts to go!! We took ours and got in the muppet line!!!LOL

Thanks for the positive review! We decided to try MM because to be honest the counter service choices at this park don't sound appealing and the flatbread sounds good.

We went for lunch in August, and really enjoyed it, we each got a salad and shared a flatbread, it was perfect, gave us a chance to sit cool down and relax, and it was not any more than a counter service restaurant....

I had teh chicken flatbread there the first week of this month and loved it.

My dh had the sausage and peppers and said it was great too.

We split a coffee ice cream rolled in espresso beans and hazelnuts it was DIVINE!

I hadn't thought about eating desert here, but with these great sounding suggestions I'll definitely have to check it out!

My DW and I have dined at MM for both lunch and dinner. We enjoyed all of our meals. I can't understand why this place doesn't get better ratings.

The lunch menu is more limited than dinner, but less expensive. I, too, liked the sausage and peppers. My DW enjoys the salads and soups. The steak I had at dinner was excellent! It is a very nice place to take a break from the park when it is hot.

We took our 2 youngest children (ages 4 and 2 at the time) to MM for lunch back in May. Service was awful. Flat bread was excellent. Dh's chicken sandwich - thing wasn't bad but also wasn't good. I felt the choices were somewhat limited. Overall, the unfriendly, poor service will keep me from returning for some time.
