Can anyone tell me what is on the special menu for the Fantasmic dinner package at Mama Melrose?

When I called for reservations this morning I was told you choose an appetizer, entree and dessert off the regular menu.

Has the pre-paid fantasmic package been extended past 12/31 yet?? I'm waiting for info for our Feb trip!!

Somebody posted on another thread within the last week that they had purchased the package for a date in January.
