Mama Melrose Fantasmic! dining hours

It depends on what time the first (or only) performance of Fantasmic! is for that night. In the wintertime when Fantasmic! is at 6:30, the latest time is probably around 4:30. In summer when the first show is at 9:00 PM, figure about 6:30-7:00.

The latest reservation has to be early enough to allow time to eat and get to the amphitheater. Also, when making a reservation it's best to allow some extra time just in case the restaurant is running behind schedule.

I was wondering about December 15th. I swear I made a Mama Melrose Fantasmic Package reservation for 4:30, but when I look now it just says it is a regular reservation. I'm not sure if it was my error, or the system screwing around like it did with the Candlelight packages. I wish I had taken a screen shot! When I called about it I was told that there was no way it was a Fantasmic reservation because they wouldn't be that late in December.

In MDE on the "My Reservations and Tickets" page it will list your dining reservations. Some have said that on the list it will only indicate the restaurant, but if you open the "view details" link for the Mama Melrose reservation it should say Fantasmic! Dining Experience or Package.

I have read that the last reservation is 3 hours before the show. So a 4:30 ADR for a 6:30 show is too late to be a package.

Its so you make the show. In my experience a TS meal takes 60-90 minutes, signatures up to 2 hours. Plus build in some time to get there, etc.

I am trying to score a Fantasmic! ressie for the week of Thanksgiving. Fantasmic! is at 6:30 only (right now anyway). The time slot I can search is noon to 3 p.m. only for Mama Melroses. If I search for Hollywood and Vine (just trying to get a ressie for 1 TS credit), the search comes up 3:30 to 6:30.

Click on the "view details" link under your reservation. That should say if your reservation is actually a Fantasmic package or not.

We have the package booked and this is it exactly, it looks like a regular restaurant ADR until you hit the view details button and then it says fantasmic!

I got one that week and the only time offered was 1:30pm.

Are they not offering the packages at The Brown Derby anymore? I did manage to get one for Mama Melrose, but would have preferred Brown Derby. From the minute my dates opened up, Mama Melrose was the only choice.

I would call. Quite often the Fantasmic! Dining Package isn't completely loaded into the online system, but if you call, there is more availability.
