Ok, I know I'll regret this but I just have to do it anyway.
Whenever someone makes a degrogatory comment about males as gender people say it is "male bashing". Often women are the first to make this statement and condemn it. However, when it comes to degratory comments about females, females are are quick to make them about their own gender and never defend their gender.
So, my main question is do men do this? Do they make degrogtory comments about their own gender and at the same time be quick to pick up on "female bashing" and deride it? Or are females the only sex to both bash their own gender and defend the male gender from the same type of negative generalizations?
Just to even the playing field, becuase I know people will be quick to point out the negative generalized comments made about men, here are a few common ones about women:
Women are too emotional, not logical, conniving, manipulating, lying etc.
