Making sit down dining reservations

Hi, we're spending 3 nights at RP starting Aug 8th.We usually eat on the earlier side-lunch and dinner. Are the QS places busy at 11:30? For dinner, we do sit down-usually Jakes at the hotel, and Margarettaville. When we check in the first day, should we make reservations for 2 of the nights we are staying there? Sounds like the dining there is a little busy! Can you make all sit down reservations at RP?

I just saw on the Universal sight you can make reservations-looks like through Open Table, I guess I should go ahead and do that? We never had an issue before, but this year isn't your typical year!

Looks like Margarettaville brings you to a sight called Zomato to book?

I guess you should if there is a time you want to dine at. You can always cancel if you find can’t use it. May not be as much of an issue if not on a Friday through Sunday night.

I made dinner reservations for the third week in August just in case we want to dine every night. I have had no trouble cancelling in the past when we didn’t feel like eating there or can’t go when the reservation was.
