Making ressie's with a credit card?

Do they actually charge your credit card at that time or do they just keep it on file? Or do they put a hold on it???

A few do charge your visa last I hear. I know CRT does. Not sure which other ones.

Forgot to add I'm on the DDP. Do they still require a CC and charge it??

We are on the DLX Dining Plan for this trip and they asked for our CC info when we made ressie at CRT also. I'm pretty sure it is just to hold your space and if you don't show up they will charge you a fee per person.

CRT will hold your card as a Guarantee "if" you are on a dine plan. Otherwise you pay for your meal at time of booking. The same applies to HDDR, SOA, MBYBQ.

Princess Storybook, California Grill, Pirate Cruises, BBB and Fantasmic Packages require the card for a guarantee only, no matter if you are on a dine plan or not. HTH!

I would have hated for them to charge my credit card since we plan on doing BBB, pirate cruise, CRT AND PSB. That would have been a LOT of charges.

Just a guarantee is absolutely fine with me.
