Making an Itinerary - what do you include?

So what all do you include in your itinerary. I'm sure some get more detailed then others. What do you include in your itinerary?

This is my standard itinerary for the parks. I include a lot more in my ADR Chart and full trip itinerary.

Our spreadsheet includes: dates, park hours for the park planned for each day, emh parks, meal schedule w/ adr confirmation numbers, parade times, fireworks times, must see/do for the park of the day...i think thats it

Hotel, air and rental car reservation and phone numbers. Any ADR, tour or other special activities confirmation numbers. What parks are the best and the worst on any given day. Spectro parade dates and times. Whom I am meeting, where, when.

I also add any souveniers that I know I want to find - IE: This time I'm looking for a small dog bowl, and a specific wine in Italy so I'll be writing them down along with anything else I want to buy while I'm there.

Oh, but I also make a small, separate touring plan for each park. Nothing too detailed, just a general order of rides.

the pet selection that they did have in DTD at the Pooh store I think it was.. is reduced from a section, to a shelf... but hey still have collars and bowels

I included (this is the first time I've ever planned to this extent) a more detailed plan for the first hour including which fast pass attractions we'll hit, since that will be the least crowded time of the day at every park we go to. We plan to be there at rope drop, and if we follow the plan we should be able to hit most of what we want in that first hour or two. The rest of the day at each park is pretty loose except for the ADR's, of which we have very few.

Flight dates and numbers, hotel reservation #, ADRs and confirmation #s... I don't get too specific. For example, on a given day I would say breakfast Crystal Palace, 9am (conf #)...lunch @ Pecos Bill's...MK until mid afternoon... bus to EPCOT...counter service dinner... stay for Illuminations.
