Making ADR's When Staying Offsite?

My son will be staying offsite at a friends house in mid to late October.
Can he or when can he make ADR's since he will not have a confirmation number since he will be offsite?

You can make ADR's at your 90 day mark but you do not have the ability to do 90 + 10 so you must call on the 90 day mark for every day of your vacation.

He can call (or go online) at 90 days. All he needs is a phone number - that's will be his "confirmation number". Dining reservations are not tied in resort reservations except for the +10 day. He'll be fine.

If he wants to make reservations at the 90 day mark, he will have to call or go online on the exact 90 day mark from each reservation he wants to make.

If he wants to make reservations within 90 days, he can do that anytime.
