Major Disney Website GLITCH, Will they Honor it?

I am on disney website playing with numbers, and I was looking at the one day one night deal, and while I was looking at the packages and pricing them out.... I was playing with the numbers I changed the 7day ticket to an 8 day and it was -$489.00!! I have printed the offer out, and I want to know if they will honor it? I am trying to book it, but when I go to the page that I pay the deposit it has a different price. Ex: 02/26/12-03/04/12 pop century 2 adults 2 children is like 1378!!! When I look at the other options to consider it says a moderate resort special offer of a buy 4 get three 3 free ! French Quarter garden view was 1888 or something like that

My question is will WDW honor this? Or am I wrong for even asking and attempting to get it for this price? I would LOVE to have this, it would be great

The "buy 4 get three 3 free" is a valid offer just released tonight. The other negative offer will most likely not be honored if it's a glitch of some kind.

When you go and book POP under B3G1 offer for 7 nights (instead of 4 nights), one of the other options that pops up (under the alternative offers tabs) is for POR or POFQ (can't remember which) and it says "Buy 4 Get 3 Free" but the price they quote does not match up to that deal, it matches up to just getting one night free. It must be some kind of error.

They will not honor it if you weren't able to complete the reservation. If you were able to complete it with deposit paid they may but anything else is just a computer glitch and why it doesn't let you complete or you get a different price when you try to finalize the reservation

The site is definately a bit messed up I think. I wanted to check the price of adding days to my current package and noticed it will not let you book more than 7 nights. I am currently booked 3/4 to 3/9 and wanted to see what it would be for 3/1 to 3/9 and it would not let me do it.

I do not understand that message at all that comes up when you try to book POP???

I have to wonder if they are going to come out with a buy 4 get 3 free again

This package is not available at a Disney Value Resort for a 5-night stay. Select a 6-night stay, or upgrade to a 5-night stay at a Disney Moderate, Deluxe or Deluxe Villa Resort with this package for 3 more nights free when you buy 4.

I belive that this promotion has a maximum of 7 night stay. I also tried to do a 9nt stay and it kept changing the dates back to 7 nights

I have been searching and asked a disney travel agent, and no one heard of that one either. Everyone only heard of the 3/1.

Ok, if someone will tell me how to post a picture, I printed off the offer last night, and I can show y'all what I was seeing last night. I was up forever waiting on some insight from you guys, because I dont know ANYTHING about all this. I love y'alls knowledge on this kinda stuff, and I am just confused. I am going to try and call WDW.I was hoping y'all would know more about it. The MAJOR weird thing is I think is, it was giving me the 3/1 promo, (I think) and if I went down on the website to ticket options and changed them from a 7 day ticket to an 8 day it REDUCED my price -489.00! I have the picture where it says buy 4 get 3 free VERY plain at a moderate deluxe or deluxe villa. But the price change on tickets was happening to EVERY hotel package I tried.

Early this AM (around 3 ish) (and no...I was not drinking ), when pricing out vacations under the new promo during the two week period for 2A2C for Pop, I was getting alternate offers on the right side for POR-FQ with a message that said B4G3 free for moderate, deluxe and deluxe villas.

Now I cannot replicate that message again. I don't know if the math actually worked out with for the offer for FQ...I don't think it did because it looked too pricey. But, I was getting the message for B4G3 but not anymore.

I spoke to them for awhile, and they are asking I fax the papers where I saw this promo and my numbers to them, and they will take it to their supervisor. I was very nice and asked if they would honor this, and I never got a no or a yes..Now, I have to go to Office depot to fax it today. I am sorry to be such a pain, but I am really excited. I hope everyone calls in that seen the promo and maybe gets some kind of results. GOOD LUCK GUYS! I will keep you posted!

I am calling now. I have a screen shot of the offer. Hoping I can email it and they will possibly honor it. Wasnt really planning on going but this would make it worth it!!

I saw that as well...when I put in Pop Century, in the "other options" box, it said Buy 4 get 3 free for POFQ. Is that offer not available anymore? Not that it did me any good..I was hoping for something in Sept/Oct Like free dining..for our family of 6, the FD was a spectacular deal...we loved it when we went in September!! Hoping for it to become available again this fall!!!!

Well when the 2013 dates were released for DCL this year, they had some major errors on the prices for some of the dates, and yep people booked them and they are honoring them.

Which is fine, because those people actually BOOKED a reservation. The OP states she tried to book the "error" offer and the website would not let her. Big difference, IMO.

I think that 4/3 banner was attached in error... It looked to me like it was actually the one free day/night pricing, because when I clicked the "4/3" link the price was $2500-something and pricing out the same trip at rack rate was $2700-something. That seems like about the right discount for a free moderate room night and the few extra bucks on the free ticket day, but certainly isn't 4/3 savings.
