MainStay Suites Kissimmee??

Has anyone recently stayed at the MainStay Suites on Lake Cecile? This used to be the Lake Cecile Suites, The Best Western Suites and originally a Marriott Residence Suites. The web site states that it has been completely redone. Hotel Kingdom has some really good rates but I am worried that it is run down.

I am also interested in this hotel. The rates look great and they say they were renovated in July 2003.

Wow they do have good rates for my dates in April too. I can't find a review anywhere though. I checked Orbitz and Expedia and AAA and it is a 3 diamond/star property. It is also lakefront which looks really lovely.

Couldn't resist, searched all on Best Western Lake Cecile, and then searched all sites for Mainstay. The average rate on these rooms is around $90-100!!

I caved and booked the bi level for Easter break for the $58 a night. I couldn't reason why not...

1) Two floors, two TV's, two bathrooms...
2) Free Breakfast
3) On a lake with activities
4) AAA 3 diamond
5) $58 a night
6) Million dollar renovations

If I chicken out towards the end, I'll only loose $10 but this really seams like a steal considering on the Mainstay & Orbitz sites these rooms are going for $100 for the 1 bedroom

I booked it too. That link clinched the deal! I checked to make sure the address was exactly the same and it was!

We may use this place in the future on either end of our DVC days to save on points!

Just an FYI, when I was at the last acceptence page of the Hotelkingdom form, it said the hotel will add an additional $3.75 per night. So figure that in to the price. They may or may not charge you.
