No it does not. It only goes to Disney Hotels. Sorry.

Not completely true. The guy next to me in line was staying at the Dolphin and was allowed to use ME. Probably the trick to that was that he had booked a Land & Sea package, but all the disney resorts were full, so he was bumped to the Dolphin. The cast member did mention that they don't see many going to the Swan & Dolphin. I would say that it would be worth a shot if you are in a similar situation.

Disney Cruise Line ground transportation serves Swan and Dolphin. DCL transportation uses the same welcoming area and DCL guests sometimes board the same buses as DME. Actually DCL transportation was there first and was the prototype for DME. The DCL ground transportation option is not free.

Shades of Green guests bumped to another, Disney, resort, typically the Contemporary, may use DME.

We went last May and stayed at the ASMo and our DME bus dropped several people off at the Swan/Dolphin.
