Magical Express - One Room, Different Flights

Is everyone (three adults) staying in one room still able to use Magical Express to and from MCO if we have different arrival and departing flights? I'm guessing the luggage tags would go to the person who has booked the room, but I can get them to my friends no problem.

That's not a problem. And you're right, the tags would all go to the primary name on the reservation.

We are doing this in 10 days and I highly recommend calling Magical Express directly at #866-599-0951 and you will give them the resort confirmation and they will bring up each person and go thru in-bound and out-bound flight info.

No problem.

No big deal. Once you get DME on your reservation, just call them directly, explain that you are on different flights, and then break it down for them. Have organized notes and be patient.

We have always gotten luggage tags and the booklet early enough that I can get it sent from OH to CT (where one traveling friend lives with no problem.) Actually - they inevitably mess up our info, plus we need extra tags - so we get the booklets and tags, call and get a revised booklet sent with additional tags, mail a portion of the stuff to CT, and it's still weeks before our trip.

Don't forget you'll need to get your friends their Magicbands, too, so you can hold everything until you have all pieces (MB, luggage tags, vouchers if they are still using them) and then ship it off as a small package.

Of all of the problems we've encountered on Disney trips, this is not one of them.

I'm glad you posted this because this just happened to me yesterday. I got my ME booklet in the mail, and even though I said when booking my original package that my bestie is coming from a different airport, the ME booklet was wrong and had my name, but my bestie's flight info. I called to get it fixed and the rep said "oh, your friend didn't even appear on your ME order!"

So...I know the rep fixed everything and all, but...I'm kinda leery.... -_-

In April 2013, my husband arrived a day later than our son and I. We just called ahead of time and let them know. No issues! Love that about WDW
