Can anyone tell me if USAir is a participating airline with regards to Disney's Magical Express? If not, what do I do with our luggage?

Everyone can use DME when they arrive in Orlando if you are signed up. Your luggage will go to your resort if you are using the luggage tags. On your return flight you will take your bags on the bus and check in with your airline at the airport.

There is a sticky at the top of the transportation board that explains DME.

since you can't check in for your flight using the remote airline check-in when you leave WDW, if you're asking what to do with your luggage between the time you check out and have to leave on the DME bus, you can leave it all with bell services at your resort. You'll just need to remember to retrieve it before boarding the DME bus back to OIA.

Please don't confuse DME with "participating airlines". There is a sticky at the top of the transportation forum for explanations. :thumbsup2
