Magical Express - Free after September?

I have used Magical Express in the past and I thought that I read that it was free during Disney's celebration. Does anyone know if Disney is going to continue offering the service? Free? or Charge a Fee?

It will remain free for the forseeable future...up to at least 2009 from what we've heard. (do I have the year right guys??)
