Magical Express and AP

Hi folks. I'm really excited about the new on property perk, the Magical Express. I realize that this was just announced, so a lot is not known, but I do have a question. It says in the press release that this is a benefit of the new "Magic Your Way" program. Does this mean that if you're staying on an AP discount and obviously not buying a tickets packages that you can't use the service? You'd think the bus service would be universal, even if there's a fee for people not part of the package. Thanks in advance.

Nope, not a part of the packages. If you are staying on-site, you can use Magic Express. I believe that Swan, Dolphin and maybe Shades of Green are not able to use it. Also the DTD hotels can't. I think the big issue so far is what to do if you are flying on a non-participating airline for the trip back home. But, you should be good to go as long as you are staying on-site!!
