Me: Oh my goodness! Our cruise docs are here?!?!?! [Started the Cruise Docs Happy Dance! ]
DH: Oh. No. Sorry. Just the latest Norwegian and Celebrity specials.

Although we receive other cruise line mail at least once a week, it's unusual to receive mail from multiple cruise lines on the same day. Only 7.5 weeks to go, though, so we should hopefully start receiving actual cruise docs (for real this time) in about a week and a half!!!

We will are a family of four and are traveling with a family of 5. I would like to rent a 9 or more person van in Portland, England so we can do some things on our own. However, I have not found any rental like available in the area from the internet. Does anyone know of an place in Portland to get such a rental? (Yes, I have driven on the right side of the road before )

Did you try Weymouth? There is a free bus shuttle from the cruiseships to this town.

Enterprise also has a local rental office. However you may have a hard time with a vehicle for 9.

I called up Costco who called Disney last week to find out when they are shipping (we will be in FL for a few weeks beforehand and I needed to know if I should change our address). They said Disney said they would ship our documents 3/24 (tomorrow!!) so should be seeing them next week, I would think!

For anyone already booked pre-cruise in a DVC resort, there is a very limited event opportunity to preview "Pandora - The World of Avatar" on Saturday, May 13 (embarkation day) from 9-11am! Have to wait until I next visit the park for Pandora. By then the frenzy should be a little less....I hope!

We have tickets for this, but I'm not sure how we're going to make it work. We currently have DCL transfers from our resort (AKL-Kidani Village), which won't work if we do the Pandora preview.

Deb, are you attending the preview? If yes, how are you handling getting to the port afterwards? What are you doing with your luggage? I'm trying to figure out if there's enough time to catch a taxi back from the park to our resort, pick up our luggage, then take a private shuttle to the port.

I really want to do this, but I definitely don't want to miss the ship!

Saturday morning, we'll load up, drive to AK for the preview, then hopefully be on the road to the port by 11am, turn in the car at the port, and be eating in Cabana's by 1pm.

Hi! I am bumping up this invitation to show interest. On April 1 I will begin accepting conversations with cabin numbers. Deadline for getting information to me is April 15, and I will send the groups their information. It looks like 2 groups.

Still opened for participants. April first I will ask for information like cabin numbers, how many adults, children in each cabin and if there are any allergies.
When I began the list, I did mention that I keep the numbers between 6-11. If I split (into 2 groups it looks like at this time) I look at cabin numbers and arrange by decks. If you have an opinion about splitting, some like larger groups and have asked to be in both groups, for instance in the past, please mention those ideas here, and in the conversation you send to me around April 1st.
