Magic/Wonder getting Cat V

My 2 cents. Ok, it does make more money for them. The lounge, I have not seen them in live, look like they were large enough to handle more people than the couple Cat T, S and R on the ships. But on a good note, I will bet this means they will need to add a third host to the classic ships.

We have been booked as a Cat 4A in one of the rooms on the Magic and will be sailing in November. I just noticed this change today when I logged onto my account on the DCL site. I have inquired about the price to upgrade since we already have the cat V room. Anyone else previously booked as 4A and upgraded?

I have. No specials or anything, but my biggest concern was that because it's concierge, you will lose 100% of your deposit if you cancel. We always do trip insurance bc DHs job is unpredictable, but some people can't lose that kind of money. Really looking forward to the service and convenience!

I like it from the perspective of adding a concierge option for significantly less money. If you don't need the 600+ sq ft of a 1 bedroom suite but you want the perks, it's nice. I am biased since I recently booked one for the 7-night Northern European cruise next summer. $10k less than a suite for a family of four.
