Magic with Free Extras ?

Is this offer good if you are staying at the Swan?
Is it booked only through Dreams Unlimited? ( I wasn't planning on using a travel agent)

I think I heard that the Extras were that it is the only "non disney" hotel that you get extra magic hours to get in the parks with. Hope I am right
