GUESS WHO'S BACK?!!

We had a great time at our first WDW christmas. Except of course for the fact that they had record low temps the entire week we were there.

It was colder there than here at home in CO. Just our luck. We didn't let it stop us from having a great time though. It was so funny. All of our pics will show us in jeans, sweats, sweatshirts, jackets, gloves.

The majority of people were like that. On that Tue we went to the
MVMCP they broke their record low. We were all lined up on main st waiting for the 10:30pm parade and were just shivering and walking side to side to stay warm. It wasn't really bad unless you were standing still. It was so cold that we all followed behind the end of the parade and followed Santa out the park. LOL! I got back to the room that night and my butt was so cold that I had to wrap my jacket around my waist and get in bed under the covers. I thought OMG, can you get frostbite on your butt?

How embarassing would that be?
The coldest part was standing on the boat docks waiting for the boats to take us back from Wilderness Lodge and Fort Wilderness to the MK. It was freezing wind blowing there.
The best part was the crowds were non-existent. The cold was keeping the locals away and the kids were still in school. We practically walked on all the rides. The longest we really waited was about 10-15 mins on a few. One day though we had FP for Soarin and waited 30 min the FP line? can you believe that? we have never waited that long. It made us late for our ADR but they got us in quickly so all was good.
All in all a great trip but I am SOOOO looking forward to our nice warm cruise and the wonderful beaches. It can't come too soon for me. I might be thawed out by then.
