I am so glad you are going to train a little again if you ever want a gym buddy on the cruise let me know im always happy to train with anyone.

CI&S is about a half mile from the Radisson, but there is no bar / lounge on-site. They do however have fresh chocolate chip cookies 24 hours a day

WHAT?!?! Did somebody say 24 hour cookies? I hope you mean they are at the Radisson!! I love chocolate chip cookies - most favourite dessert ever Where can I get'em?!

Im up for most kinds of exercise and will try a new class if you like. I read they have yoga at about 7.30 on deck 10? Its early but I think it sounds awesome. As you can tell I enjoy my exercise, im much fitter than I look! I have lost half a stone lately and since I got a job in a gym its been my passion. So just let me know where and when.

Anyone else who wants to train also is welcome.

I can't wait for Florida and the Caribbean! Coming from this type of weather to a hot climate is going to be a shock stepping off the plane.

Its the best feeling in the world when you step outside the airport and the warmth hits you. Although you pay whenyou arrive back in the UK! But we dont have to think of that part yet.
Im like a child with the snow, but I have to admit I have my mind on sunshine now and cant wait to go, just keep thinking in 2 weeks ill be in Orlando

I didnt know it was going to last 10 days!
I have my t-shirts ordered for the Back of The Pack now My DS 13 even agreed to wear one which is amazing as 1. He is so fussy, I didnt think he would wear Mickey, 2. He never agrees to join in my group activities being a typical teen and 3.He usually completely refuses to even slightly match his brothers. I think he is looking forward to this as he also agreed to maching colours for boarding and a tie on christmas day!!!!

I hear you! The winter before last, we went to Cuba and the day we left to come home it was 35 degrees celcius and sunny....when we got off the plane back in Canada it was -45 with the windchill! Boy that was a shock

Good for you, Colette! That is awesome! I am fitter than I look as well.....I just hate those girls who stay slim with no effort...grrrrr

I'm an early riser so 7:30am yoga is perfect for me if you are 'up' for it (gosh I'm really sorry for all the bad puns today). And I'll be happy to join you for runs or whatever other work out if you want some company!

What graphics did you use? Can you send me the link? I really want to get one too before I run out of time....

I found the same graphic Michelle used on here on Zazzle and just used the design to make the shirts. I had to search through alot of designs though and it took a while just hope they turn out ok.

I thought that it might be an easy day to catch up on posts being Thanksgiving in the US and perhaps many were with family and friends. Wow was I wrong, more pages than normal today!

We have enough FE gifts to include the 2 new families, so we have added them to our list. Welcome to the pond!

The weather in southern Ontario doesn't seem quite as bad as some places that you are posting from we are currently sitting at 3 degrees C (about 36 F) with no snow in sight! Thank goodness!

I think yoga is offered at different times each day depending on whether it is a sea or port day and would love to join anyone taking part.

I have not heard mention of groups still planning to walk in the morning. Anybody planning to walk in the mornings and was a final time ever decided or was it a 7 and 8 and 9 group based on personal preferences?

I am a fairly fast walker and do a 5k in about 37 minutes with no running, so 1 hour is reasonable for those who are more moderatly paced in their walking.

Does anyone know if the BOTP Zazzle t-shirts are available in a tech shirt material? I really prefer tech over cotton. I did a quick look but could only see what seem to be cotton?

I think that about covers what has been talked about lately.....

Tracey, Zazzle offeres micro-fiber shirts. Is that the same as a tech shirt?
