Well, I checked a few weeks ago when I signed onto my My Disney Experience account, and nothing.
Then, this Friday I called Disney and confirmed my Magical Express stuff and last night (Sunday) I checked online and there were the Magic Bands.
I am not sure if confirming our trip over the phone had anything to do with it?
We are traveling to Disney October 23rd for 4 nights.
Also, I should note, that while I was able to customize the bands, I was NOT able to choose any sort of Fast Pass rides. The website said we were not within our traveling window to choose- but didn't give me a date to check back.
I hope this helps. I'm kindof clueless on the new system--- I was on top of Disney everything until the MB, they threw me for a loop!
I got to make fast pass plus and j get their the 27 of oct you may need to call they have been having some problems but you should be able to. As long as you are in your 60 day mark then you should be able to make fast pass plus.
Thanks everyone - we aren't leaving until December and are staying at AoA so I don't know if Magic Bands will be all over the park yet or not - Do you just see them when you log into MyExperience? So far I just get the note about checking them out to see what they are....but I go in and keep my stuff updated - just in case![]()
Since your going in dec it my be a little longer before they allow you to customize them. When you log in click magic band and it tell you you had some to customize.
try in nov or keep checking around your 60 day mark to see if you have them. Bu for now link all your members to your account so when you customize your you can customize all of them.
This is the same message I get when I sign in. We are checking in Nov 23, so we have a little while but we are close to our 60 day mark, eeeeep!!

Ok, duh...this may be obvious, but I just realized that I have to actually have tickets purchased to be able to pick out my fast passes. Haha... makes perfect sense. Going to buy my park tickets tomorrow. LOL I just usually wait until I get to the resort to do everything. I'm not used to this advanced EVERYTHING. Geez. It's exhausting.

are my park tickets linked with my resort reservation? I purchased everything as a package but I don't have a separate number for park tickets....
then you be getting them when you get to disney did you heck the app where it says tickets and see. On the app when you go to make fast pass plus reservations dose it say need valid park admission or just outside your booking window. You may want to call and ask disney they maybe able to help you at least link your tickets or let you know what to do. Right now their so many unanswered questions i just found out i may not be able to link my pass to the magic band since it a premier pass and disneyland dose not have rfid yet. But i called and they was able to help link it to the app so i can make fast pass plus. They are going to have to do something for guest who book packages either send tickets early or give them the pass number so they can enter it into the app. Making you wait to you get their defeat the porpoise of them in the first place and they don't want people not to buy packages because they loose money. Since it still testing and slowly being rolled out to more resorts and guest they still seeing what they need to fix. So your best bet is to call disney tech or disney reservation and of they need they can transfer to to them.
