Magic band question

We are leaving in a few weeks. Our bands shipped but have been at a postal transit center for 5 days now and haven't moved. At what point to I call Disney to tell them I think they ate lost.

I would wait to see if they arrive. If they don't I think they would just give you gray ones when you arrive at the resort. Then they will link them to your room!
 
They keep sending me to the automated number and never puts me through to a human. Also I would rather disney spend the time looking into then myself, since the package is there problem at this point since they are the sender.
 

I would go into my local post office and speak with a person directly about it. That avoids the phone runaround. I really wouldn't worry about it and just deal with it down there if it was me. You will just get the gray bands probably but that isn't that big of a deal to me.
 
I'd give it til next week, when the Christmas backlog has been sorted. If you still haven't got them, then call Disney for replacements.
