I called the MagicBand help this morning. They told me that there was a "hold" on the shipping because there was concern that a name was misspelled. We have normal names spelled traditionally, so I don't know why they thought one was misspelled. Additionally I'm not sure how we would have known that there was a hold, as there was no indicator on
MDE nor did we ever get an email asking us to do something. The CM was quite nice, lifted the hold, and confirmed that we would get the bands in 7 business days.
