Magic Band/ Annual Passes

We will be arriving next week and have already received or magic bands, made ADR, and fast passes are scheduled. We have decided to upgrade to AP since we will be coming back at Christmas and again next June. My question is.....

Will we be able to keep the Magic Bands we already have or will we get new ones.

Will they be able to switch all my ressies to the new bands if we receive new bands?

You will get to keep that set of bands. When you activate your AP, there will be another set of bands available on your MDE to order...this will be your AP set of bands.

Bands can be used interchangably. There is nothing 'on' a certain set of bands, everything is just linked to your account.

So we won't have to get another set of bands. We can just link the annual pass to the bands we already have? Just trying to get this straight in my head. Also don't want to lose my Fastpasses. I know that my dining reservations are safe.

Also can I still buy the attractions photo pass when we arrive and have that linked to the magic band or is that something I should do before we leave. Do they still have the attraction photo pass or has it all been wrapped up into the Memory Maker.
