We had a company event last week in which teams competed with food preparation and presentation as a fund raiser for the United Way. I had the BEST Mac and Cheese that I have ever had. It has elbow macaroni, half and half, sharp yellow chedder, extra sharp white chedder, mozzarella, asiago, monterey jack, muenster, velveeta, butter, eggs, salt pepper, Emerils seasoning, tabasco, worcestershire sauce and breadcrumbs. I spent $27 on just the cheeses, eggs and would you believe low carb macaroni. I think I will cook a little of the macaroni first to see if its okay. I would hate to waste all that cheese. Has anyone had this kind of mac and cheese?
