We had it last night, I made 2/3 rds of the recipe and I don't have much left. I took it for lunch today, we had left overs tonight and then I will take some to work tomorrow. I like quiche so I like the eggs. When I make it again however, I will eliminate the milder cheeses and stick with the inexpensive, bulk cheddars, mozarella and agiago. The monterey jack and muenster was not worth the extra $$$ and effort.
