Lunch reservations at Disney Springs

im working on booking meals for our trip the first week in Feb. I'd like to book the Homecoming Florida Kitchen for Sunday afternoon, but I can't seem to get a reservation time to pop up on the Disney site, and I've not been able to get anything for it on OpenTable or other reservation apps.
I haven't seen it anywhere, but I'm wondering if maybe they only do reservations at dinner and walk ups for lunch?
Has anyone booked this place for lunch?
It's either that or the Disney website is being glitchy (which is always a possibility I guess)

I just did a mock booking for Feb 13th and had no issues.
