Great video. But I still think how sad this place is missing out on such a GREAT opportunity to showcase the wonderful regional cuisines this country has to offer. And would be awesome to show off to international visitors that flock to Epcot, and think "all Americans eat typical theme park burgers and fries and fast food all the time, and that's our cuisine".

Still think they should have an incredible craft beer bar there with elevated beer food there ... and I should manage said beer bar and pick all the beer

I would like to see something like they have in the Smithsonian Native American Museum. This food court has different food for different regions. It was very good. Could Liberty Inn have a Bison Burger some crab cakes?
