Lunch at Les Chefs de France or Nine Dragons Restaurant in Epcot?

Which one is better?

I would say Chefs de France for lunch. Great, light atmosphere. Excellent lunch special. Lobster bisque and Mac and cheese are awesome. The food at Nine Dragons was good, but our experience with the service was not so good. It's pretty inside, but much darker than Chefs. If you request a window seat at Chefs, you can watch some of the entertainment.

I think Chefs de France would be better for lunch and Nine Dragons would be better for dinner.

Chefs de France is a lunch stop on each trip to WDW.
My wife enjoys "Croque monsieur et sa salade verte - toasted ham and cheese sandwich with a green salad."
I always order "Pain Bagnat - layers of tuna, cucumber, tomato, pepper, served with homemade potato chips."
