Lunch and Dinner Schedules

Where can I find the schedule for lunch and dinner (i.e., when does lunch become dinner?) for various WDW restaurants? One of my traveling companions has made Candlelight Processional dining reservations for our large group at 3:50 and 4:00. I assume those times would be considered dinner but wanted to be sure.

It's a dinner reservation. The lunch reservations for CP are around 1-2 PM.
