What are your fave choices for lunch at LTT...also, ds10 would probably like a burger without the fixins - just plain - would they do that?

I love the sandwich heard around the world, my husband had the tri corner, which he really enjoyed. I am sure that they will serve a plain burger for your son. We really enjoyed LTT for lunch, nice way to get out of the heat and relax.

Everything I've had at LTT for lunch has been great. The sandwiches are delicious. But the BEST dessert in WDW is located at LTT. It's called Butter Griddled Pound Cake. It is SOOOOO delicious!!! It definitely converted this chocaholic!

**Also, if you're a sweet tea drinker, it's the only place in WDW that has sweet tea.

The roast beef and mashed potatoes are a bit heavy for lunch, but I think they are definately worth it!

The burgers are wonderful at LTT and we get them often. DD and I both like our burgers plain and order them that way everywhere. We have no problems at all.

I enjoyed the Colony Salad- rotisserie chicken, Washington apples, sweet pecans and applewood smoked cheddar tossed with field greens in honey shallot vinaigrette, and plan on getting it the next trip!

From what I remember we had the salad with strawberry vinaigrette (excellent), H had the salmon (which was very good but I think it would have been too sweet for me to eat more than a few shared bites), I had the potroast which was to die for, and for dessert we had the butter griddled pound cake and chocolate liberation cake which were both excellent. I highly recommend the lunch here for the food, it was one of our best meals.

Glad to hear goo things - we had planned on doing dinner, but the lunch menu sounded so much better!

We've eaten both lunch and dinner here and lunch was ALL of our favorites hands down! We'll definitely be back our next trip for lunch. I believe one of my parents got the clam chowder soup which they loved.

Fried Cheese!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The hambuger here is really good though a big one.
The Colony Salad.
The French Fries.
Fried Cheese!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They use to have an excellent chicken breast and ham sandwich but don't know if it is still on the menu.
Butter griddled pound cake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cookie Princess, didja know that LTT is the only restaurant on WDW property (so said a CM) that serves sweet tea?

Sweet tea is the champagne of the South. I tend to go in withdrawal at WDW, but I still don't starve.

They also have Birch Beer, it's like a mixture of Rootbeer & Dr Pepper I believe. My DS & DH liked it.

That's what our server told us too. I must've drink four glasses and he gave us all to go cups with sweet tea in them. He laughed and said the sweet tea druggies always look like they need an IV of sweet tea when they come into LTT, because they drink so much of it and get excited when he tells people they have it. Then he said the most sacreligious thing I've ever heard in my life "I'm not a sweet tea drinker. I don't really understand when people get disappointed that places don't have sweet tea. I mean, we have sugar packets. Just use those!" Sugar packets?!?!? Unsweet tea with sugar packets and sweet tea aren't even in the same category.
