LTT losing its Characters?!?!

I was reading the thread about the new ADR policy and clkicked on a link within the thread. After scrolling down a bit I saw a report that LTT would no longer be a character meal as of January 2009!

Is this old news to everyone but me?

How did I miss this?!?!?

I know people will be upset about this news. But think about others who do not want a character meal. There are plenty now. Even without this one.

As a TANK (two adults, no kids), I find it very difficult to get a good buffet meal without characters. We don't hate them but all we want to do is eat. We really don't feel comfortable telling Winnie that we love him but leave us alone. We know we can do that but talk about a downer.

And don't jump all over me, it was an example.
