Low Crowds This Week?

I just flew into Indy from KC. While waiting for my baggage I talked to some people just off the plane from WDW. They said the crowds at the parks were low this week. They said the longest wait for rides was 10 minutes and most were walk ons. Anyone else just back and what was your experience with crowds?

We were there 11/2-11/11 and had an average of 25 minute wait time which is long for us considering we are used to 5-10 minute waits in December.

3 years ago I went this week coming up and we didnt' have to wait longer than 10 minutes for anything... hoping we have the same luck this time!

I just returned from Orlando this afternoon. I went to Magic Kingdom last Sunday and I thought it was crowded. Later in the afternoon it seemed better. Tuesday I went to Animal Kingdom, Wednesday, MGM and Thursday, Epcot. I did not wait longer than 10 minutes for anything except at Magic Kingdom.

Just got back today. I was only there for a couple of days. I thought the parks were rather crowded. Most lines were short, but MK did have some long wait times and fastpasses were gone for many things by early afternoon. I spent most of my time at Epcot( food and wine fest) and MK. I would not say crowds were low by any means but they were managable.

I am on the Disney Cruise right now. I was in WDW this past week. Saturday, Sunday, and Monday were rather crowded compared to the same time last year. Then all the crowds just disappeared and everything was great!!!!

We just returned today (Saturday, Nov 15th) and I thought the crowds were fine. We arrived on Saturday, November 8th, and went to Epcot. The line for Test track was 1 hour wait and all fast passes had already been distributed for the day by 430 pm! Mission Space was the same story. DH, DD and I thought 'well, great. I hope we didn't pick an awful time to come.' It turns out it was the end of Soap Opera week. Sunday, we went to MGM, and even though it LOOKED crowded, DD and DH rode Aerosmith 4 times in a row, and had only 10 minute waits for Tower of Terror. The rest of the week was great. I think there were a few hours at MK on Monday that there was a 30 minute (wow, only 30 minutes!) for Space Mountain. However, (I almost forgot) Fantasyland was packed! (On Monday AND Wednesday!) It was the first time in all my years at Disney that I saw a 15 minute wait for Small world. We had a great time though!

We just got here on Wednesday and it's been pretty crowded every day, with the exception of Animal Kingdom, which was very manageable on Friday. Epcot was very crowded both last night and tonight (because of food and wine--the lines for the booths were about 15-20 people long each tonight!) and MK was pretty crowded today as well. Waits this afternoon were about 25 min for Haunted Mansion, 45 min for Peter Pan, 20 min for Jungle Cruise, 35 min for Space Mountain, etc. It was wall-to-wall crowds on Main St. for Wishes tonight too. Had to wait about 45 min. to catch the bus back to All Star Music afterwards. So, yes, fairly crowded (esp. considering the time of the year), but still very fun :)
